Group tours are self guided with 10 people or more in a group.

Availability

Group tours are available year-round and allow groups to explore at their own pace. 

 

Please note, some areas are only open seasonally or have limited hours. For more information about our changing hours & exhibits throughout the year, visit our Hours/Admission page.

We do not offer group discounts at this time, with the exception of our Learning Trails school field trip program, a guided visit for school groups during school months with a minimum requirement of 25 students.

Frequently Asked Questions

ParkingWe offer free on-site parking. Handicapped parking is available near the Visitor Center.

Accessibility - Most areas are wheelchair/walker/stroller accessible except the hiking trails.

Food & Beverage - We have pre-packaged snacks and beverages for sale in our Visitor Center, such as chips, cookies, crackers, fruits snacks, bottled water, soda, and tea.

Pet Policy - Pets are always welcome on our grounds, but except the butterfly house or Raptor Hallow Sanctuary. We do ask that you have them on a leash and clean up after them.

Smoking Policy - Beech Creek Botanical Gardens is a smoke free facility, including electronic vaping devices.

Holidays Closed - We are closed on New Year's Day, Easter Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.  Our open days and hours change seasonally. Please make sure to check out our website for our current hours before arriving.
