Cancellation Policy
If you cancel three weeks before a workshop, choose between (1) Receive a gift certificate for the amount paid or (2) Receive a full refund minus a non-refundable $10 administrative fee.

If you cancel within three weeks of the workshop, you may claim a gift certificate valued at 50% of the amount paid.
Additional Context
a. Lots of time and funds are spent prior to each workshop purchasing supplies, preparing supplies, and creating curriculum. For this reason, refunds are a fiscal hardship.

b. If you must cancel, please consider finding a friend to take your space in the workshop instead of cancelling.

c. We cannot move your workshop dates around. If you wish to change your dates, you will need to Cancel the original workshop date and Re-register for the new workshop date.

c. Gift certificates can be used on any product or service offered at Beech Creek Gardens (admissions, workshops, gift shop, plants, camp, etc.).
